Lecture to celebrate 25 years of cross border insolvency law reform

This year marks the 25th anniversary of UNCITRAL developing model laws on cross border insolvency.

To celebrate this landmark a series of lectures is being held in all capital cities.

A local speaking panel will examine the contribution made by Australian courts and practitioners to many of the developments in this field over the past quarter-century.

Light refreshments will be served afterwards.

The event is sponsored by ARITA and is free for ARITA members.

Brisbane and Hobart: Wednesday 23 October at 5 pm.
