Submission: Reducing barriers to business dynamism in Australia

The Productivity Commission is seeking views on barriers to business dynamism in Australia, including obstacles to transferring and closing businesses.

The Productivity Commission’s inquiry will examine regulatory and administrative burdens, access to capital, and the design and operation of insolvency frameworks.

To assist those making submissions, the Productivity Commission has published a call for submissions paper, that outlines the scope of the inquiry, the process involved, and directions on how to make a submission.

The Productivity Commission welcomes input on any issues that participants consider relevant to this inquiry.
